I’m Preeti Bajpayee – an English educator by profession and a passionate home chef by heart. With over two enriching decades of teaching experience in some of India’s most prestigious educational institutions, I bring with me a deep-seated love for language, literature, and the lifelong pursuit of knowledge. I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature, a B.Ed., and have successfully qualified the UGC-NET JRF and CTET examinations. In addition, I possess a Master’s Diploma in Computer Applications – a reflection of my curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.
Beyond classrooms, chalkboards, and literary discussions, I’ve always been drawn to another world – the kitchen. From this enduring love for cooking emerged Tasty Tadka – a heartfelt endeavour where recipes become memories, and meals, a form of storytelling. What began as a quiet, personal retreat has grown into a vibrant journey now shared with thousands through my YouTube channel (Tastytadka) and Website, TastyTadka.in, dedicated to the joy of wholesome, home-cooked Indian food.
